My name is Ryan and I've been doing parkour for 3 yrs., about 2 yrs. quite seriously. After experimenting off and on with Crossfit over the past 6 months, I have decided to fully pursue it for my parkour training and conditioning program. Following in the footsteps of Jesse Woody and Mark Toorock, both my parkour team mates, I look forward to getting to know this community and contributing some of my parkour knowledge and viewpoints in the context of Crossfit.

Welcome Ryan. I'm sure you'll find this group very helpful as well as grateful for your ideas.

I got to meet Jesse and try out some basic Parkour moves at his new place in DC last month. It's great stuff!
