Just started the zone nutrition portion of my crossfit training about 5 weeks ago. Crossfit 5 days a week, and try to get a run in as well (10K). I was told I may be a 3 block so I eat 3,3, 2, 3 ,2 "strictly". I am 5'8 female and now weigh about 137 pounds, down 15 pounds (not sure on body fat %, get tested next month). How long should I continue on this number of blocks before I decide I need to start increasing my blocks?? I haved leaned out tremendously but want to maintain my current weight and size.

if you're as lean as you want to be you can start adding fat blocks--start conservatively, e.g. 2X fat, and work your way up to as much as 5X as your weight and performance demand. see what happens over a week or two and adjust accordingly.
