Hmm, I guess if you couldn't do a milk or egg based protein powder. Maybe there is some O3 benefits.

I just can't imagine the taste and I'm not really a fan of the flavor of fish (unless it's raw).

no Omega 3s from the fish - only protein and minerals.

Why would you even bother with this? Is there a reason you can't use regular protein powder?

if your a daily whey user it is worth reading up on "protein rotation" to avoid long term allergy issues.

Paleo eaters prefer meat source - non-diary.

Many lactose intolerant, or those allergic to dairy/gluten proteins - or those looking for "wild protein" source to avoid the hormones/antibiotics used in industrial animal production.

one size doesn't fit all - this is just another good option with distinct benefits
