I second the awfuly low on calories comment. But I suspect the original poster doesn't do Paleo. He says his protein to carb ratio is 1:1 and yet only 12g fiber a day. I wonder where his carbs are coming from?

Start eating Paleo and watch your fat melt off and performance improve while eating much more than 1700 little calories.
