New Supplement - Jack3D

Some buddies at work told me about this, they love it. I know that CF isn't big on supplements, but just wondering if anybody else has heard of it or tried it???

Re: New Supplement - Jack3D

Some people do use creatine and beta alanine and caffeine, yes. But if someone was to use them, i'd recommend that they just get the "pure" versions and not something like this...

Re: New Supplement - Jack3D

All the 'active' ingredients have their uses, or may have their uses. The issue with mixed formulas is one of flexibility

1) things that might be of use not being in high enough doses
Beta alanine to be useful (daily dose wise) would cause a big flushing effect
2) things that might be of use being in too big a dose for example caffeine, great for focus and performance on strength sessions, but how much do you really want before a met con - too much can be an issue?
3) there's little flexibility
to use beta alanine again, it needs dosing through the day at least initially, how will this fit in with this product?
4) there's things in there (e.g. sweeteners) you may not want

Part of my job is designing sports nutrition protocols for clubs and every time I can, I end up sourcing them from a bulk supplier.

Quality & flexibility.
