Was checking out the Eugen Sandow site and came across this strongman from the 1900s. Check out his left hand :-)

Using a barbell and a KB at the same time...

He's working on a Two Hands Anyhow. Arthur Saxon, if I'm not mistaken, invented that. It's how much weight you can get overhead using any means you like, but with two separate weights. Usually they would Bent Press one weight, pick up a kettlebell while they were bent over, and then clean or curl the kettlebell, and press that. That's my understanding, anyway. Saxon's record, if I'm not mistaken, was over 400 pounds, at a bodyweight around 210-220. Those guys were animals. Most of them wrestled, too.
