Not sure if its quite "monster" status yet, but its a lift that I've always enjoyed doing.

is that video for ohs/fs/bs max in 30. what were ur other numbers... i went 326/525/ then token'd 335 fs. my knees were beat

Yeah.

Front squat went 313, back squat went 366.
