100% pure whey protein is a safe bet, and much cheaper. I use Nitrean myself.

ON 100% Whey.

Great taste, mixes well, low cost, high quality ingredients.

Re: which protein powder?

I'm obviously biased, but we sponsor CrossFit as much as possible, I write for the journal, and work at the powerlifting certs (my point being I do what I can to support the community). My product, Nitrean, has also won several awards including best protein for men my MH magazine 3 years running. So, I vote for Nitrean.

Re: which protein powder?

Another vote for Nitrean. Search for Chris' posts on what and why on the ingredients that is in Nitrean. It is a complete mix of protiens, not just whey. It also has to be one of the best tasting protien powder drinks on the market, I have tried most of them. I have been using Nitrean for about six months, along with a few other At large products. No financial gain for me, I am just a really happy customer.

Re: which protein powder?

I'd vote for ON. Haven't tried Nitrean but have heard good things about it.
