Jacob is right on, Butt winks are only something to worry about if it is happening with a loss of lumbar spine curvature, which i did not notice at all with you. Even for incredibly flexible people when you get full depth and drive your hips up out of the bottom, like Rip recomends, you will see a small change in the butt due to the change in shape of the gluteus as it is stretched then contracts. This is normal and not to be confused with the "butt wink" that is associated with rounding of the lower back. Either way as allready said stretching those Hammy's and squating full depth is going to help you fix the problem the fastest anyways
