If I'm relaxed I do a sprinter's kickback. Honestly I prefer to not move the arms by holding them out, up or behind my head or over the ears ( Monster Jump style...ok that is from the USA gymnastics Boys prep program and Tom Meadows has it about 5 times in that video [ inside joke there I've been telling the kids to do all week ]).

I like holding the arms up like an Oly or prayer/behind the head/over the ears to be like a front squat. Keeps me engaged.
