I must say, without a doubt I absolutely love black beans! I mix them up with some grilled chicken, veggies, and slices of avocado for a quick and delicious meal.

I can truly eat this every day, but I tend to eat it every other day or every 3 days.

Apart from it being a non-paleo food, is there any real harm in this? My digestion does not seem to be affected by the way.

I've got no advice on whether it's bad or not, but I'm with you man. I LOVE black beans with just about anything.

I'm with you both on that. With my budget, it's a staple of my diet. I eat them at least once a day with my eggs or with my chicken, sometimes both.

Every morning, 2 cups of cooked black beans (carb/fiber), 1 cup fat free cottage (protein), and a quarter cup of milled flax seed (fat).
