Hang Power Snatch

This is probably a total newb question. But what's the difference between the Hang Power Snatch, and the Hang Power Clean? Or is there a difference?

Re: Hang Power Snatch

Snatch is all the way over your head in one motion. Clean is to shoulder level.

Re: Hang Power Snatch

And, just to make sure this wasn't also part of your question:

"Hang" means to start it from a position near your waist (insted of the floor), and

"Power" means to do it withOUT dropping into a squat to catch the bar (either at your shoulders (the clean) or overhead (the snatch))).
