Holy Crap!

Ok, I started crossfit training on my own about 2 months ago and am loving it. Today I went to Crossfit Las Vegas for my first time. Although I can barely type right now (from forearm exhaustion) I LOVED it!

It felt like old college football training days. Of course I am a fat *** now and totally out of shape, so I didnt feel like a former college football player. However for a former offensive lineman and 34 years old I did ok.

Today's WOD
21-18-15-12 of:
Knees-to-Elbows
Ring Push-ups
Pull-ups

Anyway, just thought I would share my first "REAL" crossfit experience.

Re: Holy Crap!

Welcome to CF!

And IMO, more guys are cf'ing in their garages then at affiliates, so I think you've been a "real" cf'er for awhile!
