Hi all!
I just wanted to share an article on of the journalists for a baby-boomer magazine wrote on our bootcamp. She's 75 years old but had to participate in it for her column... she's actually been coming back for more!!!

The fact that she was able to approach her first workouts with such an open mind is pretty cool. Good work John!

Yeah, I was pretty impressed with her. Initially she was very unsure and timid of free weights or even simple body weights (at 75 and never exercising, who wouldn't be) but by the second workout, she was a little better. The funny thing is that when I hung up my new rings from Tyler (GREAT FUN), she was all about swinging on them and trying to hold a plank on it.

Overall, a good experience. Now to get others out there to partake.

OH!! A quick note of THANKS to Doug at HyperFit for posting the article on his site. Thanks Bro - you've been a ton of help and inspriration!
