Maybe this question belongs in equipment but...

Do any of you w/ CF facilities have any mirrors? I'm not narcissistic or anything, but rather I'm used to using mirrors to check my form. A good example is when I "land" durning a clean or snatch- I catch myself landing too wide or with one foot turned more or whatever (whereas I don't "feel" it). I also carefully watch myself deadlift (lots of bad habits to overcome). Is this proper/ok or do I just need to learn to go completely on feel?

If you're watching yourself in a mirror, your form is wrong.

How about taking pictures of yourself in a mirror?? Sorry had to do it! :yahoo:

Mirrors are for bathrooms and rear view mirrors.

Only when flexing between sets.

But seriously...they are great for looking at other people's faces cause they can't understand why you are not on the leg adductor and doing this strange thing called a "Squat"....

Sam, lol, I knew I was going to take heat for that one!

Joe, your eyes should be looking straight ahead or slightly above. So if you can see what you're doing in a mirror, you're not looking where you should be.
