5-3-1-5-3-1-5-3-1 rep scheme

My coach programmed 9 sets of back squats with this rep scheme? I was wondering how I should work the weights per set?My 1RM is 350. I was thinking 225,245,275,245,275,305,275,295,315?

Did he not prescribe intensities to work at? Also, just my opinion, but it seems rather odd.

70%x3
75%x1
75%x5
80%x3
85%x1
85%x5
90%x3

And I agree with Pearse. Very odd.
