Program at Andrews Joint Base

I'm trying to find out if anyone on here has done any of the sessions at Andrews? I called to try and find out some more info, but the lady was a little vague. If anyone knows of some days/times when its offered I'd appreciate it. I found a schedule online but its over a year old and the person I talked to said I'd have to come pick one up. I am also curious about the quality and intensity. I've done CrossFit at school with my ROTC instructor who is either level 2 or 3, can't remember, but there are certain limitations so I'm just interested to see what the program there is like. Normally I'd just cruise on over and check it out for myself, but its about a 30-40 minute drive. Thanks.

Re: Program at Andrews Joint Base

Finally made it up there. Figured I'd post a little info for any current/future members interested.

Its a solid program run in the West Fitness Center led by Casey/Kasey (not sure how he spells it). He's a real nice guy who definitely knows what he's doing. Here's the schedule:

Monday
0600, 0700, 1500, 1600

Tuesday
1200

Wednesday
0630, 0730, 1500, 1600

Thursday
1200

He also said that if making one of these classes is too hard, the facility has regular operating hours and a whiteboard is always posted with the WOD.

If you're in the area and have base access, its an awesome program. Just show up and he'll take care of you.

Casey O'Donnell -
He's a very good trainer -- he was director of fitness at a globo before coming to CF, and then he was the programmer for my box before going on to where he is now. He's been Level 2 for quite a while now.
