Ok, that was just hysterical! The voice of reason!

A lot of people are resorting to "curls suck, don't do them" instead of something like "here's why you really need to be doing pullups... if you like curls, go ahead and do them, but you should put pullups (or whatever) first, both in priority and order." This happens not only to be true, but fits in with the typical BB logic of doing thing like bench before pec flys and squats before *twitch* leg extensions and calf raises.

That way you're not attacking the curl, and by extension the person doing them... they'll listen more that way!

I'll add that ring pullups have made a huge difference in my biceps as well as the rest of my upper body. The flexibility in positions do amazing things.
