if it stays on the feet chuck...if tito gets chuck down and keeps him down, tito, although that is no small task.

Ugh. So tired of the pointless rematches in the LHW division.

Tito won't get Chuck down.

Remember when fighting was a young man's game?

It will stay standing. If Tito manages to hit the mat it will not be because of a take down....KO.

becca,
Ths is what the ufc is all about. i think chuck hasn't had a new opponent in 5 fights...

Win Renato Sobral TKO (Strikes) UFC 62-Liddell vs Sobral 8/26/2006 1 1:35
Win Randy Couture KO (Punch) UFC 57-Liddell vs Couture 3 2/4/2006 2 1:28
Win Jeremy Horn TKO UFC 54-Boiling Point 8/20/2005 4 2:46
Win Randy Couture KO (Punches) UFC 52-Couture vs Liddell 2 4/16/2005 1 2:06

Also notice chuck has not fought a good striker since rampage.... on that note
I think tito actually has a chance at getting chuck down. but like i said its keeping him there that will make the differance. it is possible...randy had the right idea the first time they fought.

Tito's a completely different kind of wrestler than Randy. And even then, Randy only had any success against Chuck in their first fight - he failed miserably in the second two. I don't think wrestling is necessarily the key to beating Chuck.

Tito has also proven himself to be mentally weak, so assuming Chuck is prepared well for the fight, I really don't see it going down much different than the first time. It's not like Tito suddenly has a new bag of tricks. He can train as hard as he wants, act like hitting mits makes him a good striker, and have cardio for days, but it doesn't do him any good if he's scared to trade punches with Chuck and can't take/hold him down.

It's just a bad match for him, and I think Chuck would have to be having a very bad day for it not to go his way.
