I just got two 10ft lenghts of PVC pipe. I want to cut them for stick work. Can some one suggest a good length? They will be used for OHS work and stretching...you know what I mean stick work.
Thanks!
Jen

I had some 10' lengths as well and I just cut them in half. 5 feet is still longer than the distance the separates the sleeves on an oly bar.

Ok, cool. That's what I thought. I just wanted to make sure before I cut!

I cut my 10' at 5', used one length for my own pvc rings (for push ups and dips), and filled the other with sand.

just long enough so you don't burn your eyebrows.

i mark our PVC with a sharpie at collar width and knurling breaks from an oly bar - nice to set your hand position consistently when working o-lift skills.
