2-a-days

I have read about CrossFit athletes cycling with 2-a-day WODs. I have been following the main site and have had my clients doing the same and I have seen some definite improvements, especially since incorporating the zone diet. I'd like to get to the point where I can be ready to compete in a qualifier for the '10 games and have been debating on beginning some 2adays for a little while...working different metabolic pathways at different times of day. I will still take the necessary rest days, of course.
Does anyone have thoughts on the subject?

Recovery is always the most important thing. If you can recover well, and still put forth a quality effort...sure. Personally, I wouldn't do it everyday.

Well put, it won't hurt you to attempt to access your workload, so run the 2-a-days, but watch yourself closely and don't try to lie to yourself if your body can't take it.

just a suggestion, you will almost certainly burn out from doing 2adays for any decent amount of time, but you might try doing 2adays on every strength day and running day on MP?
if your recovery is good you should be allright with that.
