anyone play the harp? just started learning. i love the sound. any tips? any good social songs to learn?

How about cowboy songs? "Red River Valley" is a good one. Stephen Foster songs are simple enough.
I'm hardly very good at it, but once you pick through them you'll find they come fairly easily. I have not found good online tutorials--would like to learn how to bend a note, blues style.

I made mistake of letting my kids play with it one evening several months ago and haven't seen it since.

I still break out my Lee Oscar's once in a while. Can't really suggest anything other than to just play as much as possible. It took me awhile to learn how to bend decently. Overblowing still needs work though.

I use to try and copy John Popper from the Blues Travelers when he would go off on those crazy solos. Never came close.
