Re: Cal Strength Does "Regular" Grace

These Cal Strength men could benefit from eating 90% Paleo. Their Grace time would improve drastically.

Here's Pyrros Dimas, an 85 lifter, playing around with their PRs like it's nothing.

I would never joke about the Paleo Diet. Champions are made of Gluten free products, lara bars, almond butter, lululemon pants, knee high socks, kipping pull-ups and daily podcast featuring Roberto Wolfo.

All joking aside, for strength athletes I am in favor of a diet which is more similar than dissimilar to Paleo. Lots and lots of red meat and eggs, and lots of veggies, those two things make up the majority of the food. Its not paleo, but its the general idea I guess.
