Since mid-May - I have gone from 0 pullups to max of 19 (so far) and lost 1.5 inches on my waist while GAINING approx. 8 pounds doing this stuff. Once I progress through level 8 - I'll start WODs here.

simplefit is a great ramp up to this program as well...

Thanks Kevin!

Kevin,

Thanks for posting up the simplefit. I have been able to get both my mom and my sister on it! This is a great way to get into doing things the right way!

Thanks again,

Nick

Thanks, glad to hear people, like it!

Crossfit changed my life in a huge way and just wanted to give back, especially for people who could not jump straight into the wod at first like me.

Cheers!

Kevin, I love simplefit! It's the perfect answer for people just starting out. i noticed some people find CF initially very intimidating. Even tho the wods are scaled down . This is laid out very clearly and the levels make you want to just keep climbing. Thank YOU!

Any chance of getting videos on your site Kevin? I think it would be helpful for beginners if they can see what it's like for other beginners to do some of the workouts. Something like the scaled WOD video posted on the main site would give beginners ideas on how to modify the WOD further if needed.

That is a great idea, I don't have much bandwidth but I guess I could just link to content I post on google video.

Any of you high level folks want to video your selves shredding through some simplefit workouts that would be cool. PM me and I will post them on my site to inspire aspiring crossfiters.

Thanks!

Kevin, you personify the open-source model of CrossFit and how it can be universally scaled and implemented for anyone, anywhere. Coach would be proud!

I personally love simplefit because it's an example of how I can at least do something when I don't have any equipment!

Kevin;
I've forwarded simplefit to many friends that might be a tad intimidated to jump into CF.
Many thanks, please keep up the great job.

3-2-1 Go

PS. You ever design a T, put me down for a couple.
