7 years into Crossfit, still PR'ing

This was a great week for me. Today I pulled 445# for the first time and last week I finally snatched 100kg. In the last year I've PR'ed Fran, FGB, Elizabeth, and Helen and I turned 34 years old. I love Crossfit.

Nice work Damon. What will the next year bring for you?

Re: 7 years into Crossfit, still PR'ing

My goals are a handstand to press, win Masters Nationals and total over 500lbs (I know, I need to learn to think in kilos), and run 2 mile in 12 minutes. My weightlifting coach wants me to squat 300# for 20 but I don't see that as being fun in any way and am reluctant to commit.
