hey all, i am now totaly confused....
i went through a lot of threads.
My goal is to workout almost everyday with 2 days rest.
want to be very fit and look good and have fun doing it.
In these threads i came across "black box me", "Scaling", "brandxmartialarts" and so on and on and on.
i liked the idea of the scaled workout, but i colud not see how to get a good one.
they said on brandxmartialarts you can find different workout plans. I couldnt find one. just a lot of posts.
what i need is a plan for the next 3 month how to work out and what to do.
in some workouts i read- do it for time, but what time?
so all in all i am very confused, but so unpatient. i want to work out so bad.
please help me

If you need to have your workouts planned out 3 months ahead of time all you need to do is go back 3 months on the WOD page and there you are. You can take those days and then go to the brandxmartialarts WOD forum and find the matching day and you will have your scaled WOD.
For example go here...

http://www.crossfit.com/mt-archive2/2007_02.html

That will take you to the archive for February (3 months out). Start from Feb1st and then you will have at least 3 months of WOD's all lined up and ready to rock.

Then go here....
http://forum.brandxmartialarts.com/viewforum.php?f=16&sid=161a6c12c1ba6e10aa3481 5ec156a901

You will have to dig through the posts to find the date that you are looking for but it is there.

Easy as that.

Hey there,

Don't let all the jargon confuse you. Don't forget there is a glossary on the FAQ page that explains most of the acronymns.

The website brandxmartialarts.com does scale workouts for each of the mainpages workout of the day. It is posted in the forum, under the area of Crossfit WOD (http://forum.brandxmartialarts.com/viewforum.php?f=16). Below the prescribed WOD the coach posts about 3 scaled versions.

Hope this helps.
