Friday's WoD is Lynne, which is

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

What kind of rest interval should be used for this WoD? It's not for time, so I'm not sure if the idea is to continuously go through all rounds from start to finish or to rest enough to get a lot more reps of both. It doesn't seem to be a ME day, so I'm not sure if it's ok to rest longer. Insight would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much.

It's not timed, so rest is ok.
