Hi all, I want to do front squats in my work office. I can't put a squat rack in there but I have 2 folding sawhorses I could keep there along with some olympic weights. Right now I can't clean the weight I would use for front squats so I would need to do the squats starting from the bottom with the weight on the sawhorse. A) Anybody ever do this, B) is there any injury or form concerns with doing bottom to bottom front squats?
Thanks in advance |

I do all my squatting from the bottom position, because my squat racks are actually saw horses as well. I have had no problem with them. You will find it's harder from down there though.
