Re: The Breakfast Thread

I think I'm going to try and go back to IF'n in the morning. I used to not eat until lunch around 12 or 1. And since I'd eat at 7-8 the night before that was between 15-17 hours of IF.

Re: The Breakfast Thread

4 eggs fried in butter w/babybel cheese / cayenne pepper on top, 4 slices of Canadian bacon (nitrate free or course), and some apples. Yum.

If I am traveling and McD's is the only thing around 3 ham egg & cheese biscuits mashed together with only one biscuit....toss the other two.

From my limited research on IF'ing, I've read that you're really supposed to dial in food quality before tweaking quantity and timing. You may know more but...just my completely uncalled for 2cents.

That probably true but I've had success with it with crappy food quality too and my performance didn't suffer. So it doesn't bother me.

Besides I eat a paleo dinner 6 nights out of 7. The problems is usually breakfast on the go (which i'm eliminating), snacks at work (willpower) and lunch with friends (which i'm also changing as i've been bringing my lunch).
