For time:

21-15-9 reps

95lb Deadlift

55lb Overhead squat

8:52

* I screwed up and did 25 reps on deadlift.....This was a lot harder than it sounded...ugh

10 rounds for time:

1 clean & jerk (65lbs)
5 pull ups (Don't have a pull up bar so I subbed rows from the floor with 20lb dumbells 5 reps each arm)
10 pushups
15 squats

WOD (10/27/10):

As many rounds as possible 20 min. of:

10 reps squat snatch (45lbs)

10 Ring dips (No rings, subbed tricep dips on a chair)

10 Knee to elbow (No bar, subbed V ups)

8 rounds + 2 reps squat snatch

***Ok first off I was embarrassed that I had to sub 2 out of 3 exercises in this WOD. I thought this was going to be really easy. I was wrong. This was rough. I was having trouble with the squat snatch. It just felt awkward and was challenging to keep proper form. I think that took up most of my time. The V ups were surprisingly difficult as well. **** I've got alot to work on. During rest days I think I'm going to start practicing my form on various exercises and work on my handstands.

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:

10 wall ball 20lb (subbed 10 (20lb)Dumbell thruster)
10 GHD situp (subbed 10 situps)
10 Back extentions (subbed 10 supermans)

13 Rounds + 10 Thrusters + 6 situps

WOD (11/1/10):
Five rounds for time of:
3 Muscle-up Handstand push-ups
10 Burpee pull-ups

I couldn't do this WOD (No rings or bar) so I did:
80 squats
10 handstand pushups (subbed inverted pushup =feet on bar stool)
60 squats
20 handstand pushups
40 squats
30 handstand pushups
20 squats

Complete 5 rounds, resting 3:00 between each round:
20 pullups (used assisted machine...was lifting 45lbs)
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats

4:43 + 4:46 + 5:07 + 5:01 + 4:57 = 24:34
