Diet Advice on Yahoo...no wonder Americans are so FAT!

Don't mean to rant but this type of advice (Yahoo) is why americans stay unhealthy, full or chronic disorders, and FAT!

On a site such as Yahoo which millions of people read everyday!!!

You beat me to the punch. I had just logged on here to post that very article.

And to think, I've been doing it all wrong! My improved body composition and general sense of well-being since going Paleo is just dumb luck. Its time to load up on pasta, potatoes, and bread and make a real difference.

Amazing. Insulin stabilizes mood and prevents overeating? There's a new one.

The dark chocolate part almost provides a modicum of redemption, but not without giving a minimum cacao %. Most peoples' definition of "dark" chocolate is barely darker than milk.

So according to that article a great choice for dinner would be:

-one small roll
- cup cooked pasta
-one white potato
-two ounces of cheese

And two squares of a high-quality dark chocolate bar to finish it all off.




I've been doing this diet thing all wrong!

That's pretty much my cutoff, or anything that has cacao solids listed as the first ingredient.
