I'm trying to figure out combining crossfit with tri training!
Shawn and I are still in bootcamp so we did workout #7
deadlifts and overhead squats
15-12-9-6 I know my max deadlift was 65lbs.
Shawn and I then shared Karen 75, wallballs each. I used an 8lb wallball. our total time was 4:55
We then wanted to try the Tabata ?sp? workout
I didn't want to over do it so I did 5.5 speed and incresed with the last 2 of the 8 x 20:10, I feel like I could have done more....but this is new to me.
My legs (quads) are killing me right now from the deadlifts!
