10 bench dips

21:26~ could have gone faster but have horrible shin splints right now

Already see increase in energy!

Funny, I just noticed your Starting thread and left you a note to start a log! Good stuff!

Looks like you are in to running big time! I would recommend looking in to POSE, while I am not the running type, I hear great things about it.

Haha! Yeah I need to figure out how to put it under my signature so that way it's easy to pull up. Thank you!

I looked into the Pose method, quite interesting but I am hoping my shin splints will go away soon. Have had to do most of my running on the treadmill to reduce the impact.

Haven't worked out in 5 days...giving my shins a break, and it was Memorial Weekend but I know thats not an excuse

My pullups were jumping up. Not sure if I will EVER get a deadhang but will start learning to kip.

Times were 5:17 5:15 5:52 6:24 6:10

3 min rest in between and the room was spinning alot...she took everything out of me

Hey Steph. Welcome aboard. I think you will really like crossfit, especially if you start training at an affiliate. You will be amazed at your increase in running speed and stamina even while running much less.

As for your sig, paste this into your signature block but change the ! to a [

Thank you Jimi! I had to play around with my signature but finally got it

I am working out with an affiliate. I like having them help me with form and push me to finish each round when I want to stop. And I am looking forward to seeing my runs improve!

20 KB dead
practice kips...very frustrating

push press
7-7-7

65-80 (F,couldn't do all 7 at 80lbs in a row)-75

Was a little struggle getting used to the form but I think I finally figured it out.
