I just wasn't feeling it today. Before I left I debated with myself if I should go to the gym or not. I decided to and when I got to the gym I noticed the watch that I use to record time had died. Anyway, the WOD was one from the heavy hybrid metcon's I'll try it again next week.

I think I've figured out a schedule. I'm starting to bias towards SS type of days. So I will see if I can do SS-Metcon-SS-Rest schedule. We'll see how it goes.

Smoking - After about 6 weeks I've noticed that I'm breathing easier, albeit I'm still coughing up mucus from time to time. I'm still having dreams where I smoke. I'm not craving cigarettes, unless I've been drinking. According to my calculations I've saved about $162, so far by not smoking.

I tried this on 06/28 and I just didn't have the motivation to finish it through. Today I tried again and destroyed it. I remembered after the 2nd round that I need to go explosive with my hips with the snatch, it helped me set the KB to the full lockout. If I didn't I'd catch the KB about clean height and would have to jerk it up. Also, the burpees really took my breath away, I just wasn't expecting that.

This WOD is from the Hybrid heavy program thread although I had to scale down due to the fact that my gym has only 53 and 71 Lb KB's. Although they do have KB.
