I just found this site a few weeks back. I want to thank everyone for all of the excellent information presented here. I played football (tailback) and ran track (200-400M) way back in highschool. I ran the gammit of bodybuilding in college and am trying to get back to being a more well rounded athlete. At 5'10", it was fun being 235 and really moving the weight but I got tired of being winded after two flights of stairs. :-)
Anyway I kept telling myself that that little extra around the midsection was helping me lift heavier. That is intil I got my wedding pictures back and noticed that hint of a double chin and pudgy cheeks. :sad: I decided it was time for a change. I moved to Arizona and have been working at getting back into shape.
Anyway, I think this is a great site and it jives with the style of "cardio" I have been doing. Hope I can pick up a few pointers and maybe help out some too.
