I would like to develop some information for Law Enforcement, Fire& Rescue, and Military training etc. In order for me to do this I would like to solicit information from those members of this community that are employed or deal with these groups. Factors dealing with survival, nutrition, fitness, training topics etc will be collected. I believe this will benefit the Crossfit Community in total. If you are able to help me, please respond to this post or email me so that I can add you to my list of contacts. If possible your email should identify which category you can help me in. Fitness, Training Procedures, Nutrition, Wellness, Firearms, Survival Learning. THANKS in advance.
