Chris G's Log

Well I figured why not start keeping a log since it's the start of a new year. I have been CrossFitting off and on for about a year now. I was a member of Compound CrossFit in Chesapeake, VA before getting out of the military and moving back to Alaska. Now I have to do the WOD's on my own at the Alaska Club, which is only slightly better than a Gold's or Globo Gym. At least I can use my rings and I haven't gotten yelled at for OL....yet.

As I mentioned in the "Screwing Up The WOD" thread, I screwed up on Murph today. I did all the pull-ups before moving on to the push-ups, etc., etc.

It was my first time doing Murph and I did it without the added weight because I don't have a vest. Final time: 51:45.

LOL. I had no idea those guys talked about me. Hopefully it's good stuff. It's very nice to meet you Gayle and I appreciate the post. I've been thinking about coming back down there. We'll see how it goes. Take care of yourself. 3-2-1 Go!
