Re: Carb Loading and GLUT4

This week I did not do the GLUT 4 carb loading. I pushed as hard as I could and couldn't break 70 seconds in the 1/4 on my last for cycles.

Last time I went to the track I did the GLUT 4 routine and had fantastic results... I busted through into the high 60's and then on down into the low 60's on my last 4 laps.

I'm going to post the results up on my blog when I get a chance as well as the recipe.
