15 ft Rope Climb, 1 subbed ascent

95 pound Front squat, 2 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 subbed ascent

Time: 11:13

Did way less rounds than Rx'd Subbed 3 rigid rope pulls for one ascent.

Felt like crap did not finish, still an intense workout.
