Anatomy in 100 Words

I launched a new article series on my affiliate's website called "Anatomy in 100 Words." The goal is to educate people about important topics in anatomy (relevant to CrossFit) in small, manageable chunks with illustrations. The first two articles are up. The next will go live tomorrow morning. Let me know what you think. All links are work and family safe, unless Da Vinci sketches of the human body are too risque.

Anatomy in 100 Words: The Spine

Anatomy in 100 Words: Location and Movement
