yeh pics for sure....hope everything else is goign well for you mr nippel....time off is good. iv had forced time off after back injury, and forced into BB routine as the only way to exercise without putting alot of pressure on lower back. Its still isnt right, but CF football is what i said ages ago that i was gonna do, so thats were im starting come monday.

Will definitely let you know. We should find out for sure tomorrow but it's look like a possibility. I realllly hope so. I'm gunna call first thing tomorrow to find out. It would be so awesome! We'd have a Springer Spaniel, a Golden Retriever, and a Newfoundland.....so cool!

Back squats tomorrow! Luff them
