Perry's Workout Log

Started doing crossfit in Feb and started going to cf gym in the middle of May and love it! Figured I better start loging my workouts otherwise I will forget.

I used to play baseball and was an athlete but had limitations, that is, I trained for that sport alone. Since then I have been in and out of the gym doing normal stuff, bench, back squats, lat pulls, shoulder machines, etc. at high weight, low reps, high sets. Why? Because I thought that was the best way to gain strength.

CF related goal: do 10 kipping pullups, finish a WOD with recommended weight

WOD: 400m run, 5 wall climbs AMRAP 15 min.

Felt like I worked very hard. Right now my cardio is limiting me more than my strength on most WODS.

I got 3 rounds. Finished round 3 with 1.5 min left but went ahead and ran another 400 anyway.
