came out of the same boat as you from powerlifting to crossfit. I only began 6 weeks ago and love every second of it.

We started a squat cycle and I finally feel this week that my high bar confidence is up. After going a few months squatting very little I would imagine that high bar will be in the mid/high 300's come test day.

167.5kg was my best low bar last year in a competition and I want to break 182.5kg in high bar at the same competition in January.

My biggest issue is my tight shoulders. I don't jerk much right now and am working on mobility. Strength isn't an issue on overhead work since I can push press more than I can jerk at the moment lol
