The Stuff Your Face Support Thread

Got a late start today. Just got done powering through about 12 oz of chilli (well....ground beef with kidney beans and chilli powder thrown in anyways), got about 6 oz to go and still have to finish off about 1 liter of milk and 2ish cups of egg whites. Normally no problem, but today I'm just noooot feeling it.

I figure there's a Smolov support thread so there should be a thread for people who are trying to eat like they're on Smolov

Anyone else out there?

I'm doing a carb backload. I'm supposed to shoot for 400g. Barely managed 300 yesterday. Only at 260 tonight. Needing to eat more doughnuts or something is a good problem to have, but still a problem. So fullllllll

P.S. I've also done a 5000 kcal GOMAD so I can empathize with a few kinds of bulking. There were nights where to get my kcals I'd end up taking olive oil shots. They don't taste good, but they do go down very smooth.

Just threw a big batch of yukon gold potatoes smothered in olive oil into the oven. Mmm, pork chops and taters.

I vote best thread ever. 5 weeks until I start the backload program. So pumped.

Had a measure up at my gym last night. Down to 12.5% body fat. Thank you Crossfit. Not bad after losing 30kg

I always hate looking at a mound of clean Carbs like oats or potatos or rice. I always think, "This won't be pretty....for America!"

Man I wanted to work with backloading principles, but I'm going to probably have to wait. Got a b-ball season to worry about and I don't think it would be a good time to experiment.

Made a carbolicious soup today:

2 cups rice
1 cup lentils
2tbs beef stock
carrots
peas
shrimp
curry seasoning (from pakistan, legit)
Paleo water

Feast!
