I tried this once, but it doesn't seem to have posted, hmmm....
For those of you who do this, for instance WOD one day, OLAD the next day, WOD the next day, rest, repeat...how do you choose the WODs you do? Do you just cut out whatever is posted that middle day, or what? |

I'm not sure if there is a better methodical way but I would say it would depend on the exercises you are doing for your OLAD.
I did snatch, deadlift, and incline barbell. So I would pick WOD's that wouldn't impact me too terribly on the lifting day. I.e. such as things that don't hit my involve lower back too much or a killer dip/push workout the day before incline barbell. |
