I can't access the videos that are posted on the main page. I don't know a hell of a lot about computers but Windows Media Player is setup to receive all streaming protocols. The error comes up as a network problem.

Other sites work so I'm pretty sure it's not on my end.

Any thoughts

Can't solve your problem but try downloading the file to your hardrive (right click+"save target as...").

It's a mime type specification for the file. The web server software has to be configured to send the proper headers when a file is requested. If these are not specified then your browser will have a default behavior. In many browsers that default is to pull the file as text. That's why you get all the strange stuff on your screen (or at least that's what I'm guessing is happening).

The right click (or click hold for Mac) and save as method should work, as long as you have the Windows Media player, or Real player on your system.
