Hi Richard

I'm running several different things. I'm training basically 5 days a week:
Monday gillingham dl and 5/3/1 oh press
Tuesday conditioning
Wednesday 5/3/1 bench and sprints
Thursday conditioning
Friday westside ish squat (was running gillingham but didn't like it)

Your a busy guy Ben. Iv got almost no time just now. Iv been training once every 4 days. Been using AR7 just now, giving my joints a break and allows me to hit muscles hard. Not optimal but it is what it is.

775# rack pull is crazy, man!!!!!! I don't get the time to check in much these days, but every time I do, it seems like you are setting some sort of ridiculous PR!

Busy...

Going to switch to an upper/lower split and up my conditioning on days off. I think this will allow me to get my main lifts in and really start concentrating on diet and weight loss. Still staying with 5/3/1 reps on bench, oh press. Gillingham DL and bastardized westside squatting.
