Ben, your strength blows me away!!

I cant believe that a 545 x 2 on the squat and 200 x 3 on the axle press are de-loads!

Keep it up! I want to see you dead lift a house by the end of the year!

Worked with my 8 year old gymnast daughter on some sprint and core work. Jumped in with her on a few.
