mobility work. need advice

Last weekend went to endurance cert. Did some mobility work with Carl Borg and got told I have some of the worst flexibility ever. We were working with the triggerpoint stuff.

Should have asked at the cert, but I didn't. Now i am really going to focus on mobility stuff, but where is the best place to start? (buying triggerpoint stuff, books to read, foam roller, etc etc)

My whole body could probably use work, but my hamstrings/quads are beyond tight. Just kind of lost in a huge sea of info. I have googled alot of stuff btw...just looking for the best place to start.

Thanks steven. I will start working on it. I will probably get a foam roller to go along with it

Steve, I have found your article extremely useful myself. Don't know about the OP but I would definitely be interested in a similar resource for the upper body if you have or know of one. Thank you!

Sisson's site had a series of mobility posts in May. E.g., one was (WFS).

Deisel cres shoulder rehab is good stuff. After rehab, I cut it down a bit and use it for prehab and a warm up.
