WOD: Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
65 pound Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups
(13 rounds; as rxd)
100 Burpee Challenge: 13

100 Burpee Challenge: 15
Knee to Elbows took the most time. Had problems with my gripping that bar.

Grott,
I been having trouble with the 185 C&J too. It is where I failed at last time and it took three attempts this time to get it. I did get up 190 but my form kind of sucked. I need to wirk on the Burgener Warm-up.

PS Are the burpees hard yet
